Order confirmation

All orders confirmed automatically (by email) and you will on weekdays receive alerts by e-mail if there were any problems with delivery (backorder / stock items). Orders to be paid by bank transfer or retrieval without prepayment will be valid for 10 days from order date, then canceled automatically.

Shipping & Transport

The shipment of goods purchased from Copenhagen Bike Company and Copenhagen Bike Company therefore assumes no responsibility for the transportation itself.
The delivery of goods purchased from Copenhagen Bike Company regarded as happened when the goods are handed over. Copenhagen Bike Company disclaims any responsibility towards the buyer for late delivery.
Copenhagen Bike Company strive to deliver your order 3-4 weeks after your purchase. It will always appear in an e-mail to the buyer when the goods are shipped from Copenhagen Bike Company and similarly, the buyer will receive an email in case of late delivery. Overseas and foreign destinations will pay the freight for current tariffs of currier. These charges are incorporated into our system and you will always get the cargo indicated when ordering. You’ll never pay more than the system constructed. The risk of goods purchased from Copenhagen Bike Company transferred on delivery.

General

Copenhagen Bike Company accept no liability for printing errors, incorrect images, sold out and prices. Promotional offers apply only to orders made through our website. Copenhagen Bike Company is under no circumstances be liable for any delays or deficiencies in cases of force majeure, cf. Sale of Goods Act § 24

Payment

All prices in Copenhagen Bike Company incl. 25% VAT. The price of shipping is variable depending where your order should be shipped to.
Payment for items purchased from Copenhagen Bike Company can currently be done by either debit cards, prepayment / bank transfer. You can use the following credit cards:

– MasterCard
– JCB
Accepted cards

There’s no fee added when paying by debit cards.

All payment information is entered through an encrypted and secure SSL-line. The amount will be withdrawn from your debit card as soon as the bike has been dispatched from our stock.

Warranty

All consumer goods comes with 2-year warranty and 1 year for business purchases. Funding is from the producer of a longer warranty period conveyed this directly from the manufacturer.
Any item purchased from Copenhagen Bike Company shall immediately upon receipt thoroughly examined for any errors or omissions. Discoveries that contrary to expectations that the product is defective must immediately be informed Copenhagen Bike Company.
Would you as a customer like to complain, this complaint should be made within 2 months after a fault or defect in a product is discovered.
Complaints can be made later than two months and still be within a reasonable time, but it is likely to hear a rare occurrence.
All products returned to Copenhagen Bike Company must be securely wrapped otherwise your warranty lapse. Damage caused by inadequate packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

For consumer goods, there are 14 days to cancel from the time when the goods are received.
The right starts from the moment the goods are handed to the consumer. To use this right, must be delivered to an courier within 14 days of receipt of goods. It is recommended to send the product as a package or letter, so that a record for timely shipment. You can also cancel the transaction by refusing to receive or collect the goods at the post office, etc. Refunded the full purchase price, including freight and fees for the goods. The condition to use the withdrawal right is that the product is returned in the same condition and quantity of the transfer. For any product whose sales value decreased significantly by using, testing or assembly, the right of withdrawal according to the law no. Examples of such items are:
– Bicycles and parts that are personally ordered
– Wear parts (chains, tires, cables, etc.)
– Care products (oil, glue, grease, etc.).

In cases where the withdrawal does not apply to Copenhagen Bike Company as a service could offer to take the product back.
The right of return does not include custom-made products such as handmade bicycles, parts and the like. Since this is made on objectives and therefore cannot be returned.

Goods returned after claims or sent without postage refused. All products returned to Copenhagen Bike Company must be securely wrapped and without any visible change in the original packaging. Damage caused by inadequate packaging is the customer’s responsibility. For business purchases, no feed-back or cancellation. Upon collection of goods is Copenhagen Bike Company according to Danish legislation is not obligated to make any returns. Offer valid only while supplies last.

Privacy Policy

When making orders at Copenhagen Bike Company, you are required to provide different personal informations, such as name, address, e-mail address and phone number. Due to the danish bookkeeping law, we have to collect these informations for 5 years, and after that all the kept informations will be deleted.
Your privacy is extremely important to us, so all your data is kept completely private and are not shared with any 3rd parties.
